He because Lecturer in 1973, Reader in 1983 and Professor of Medicine in 1990 and continuing since then in the ammeter. During this long period he established and developed many procedures in the department of Medicine, including intensive Coronary care unit in 1970 He also successfully established the Bedside Cardiac pacing for the first time in the state of U.P and also recorded for the first time intracardiac ECG in the Department of Medicine in 1985 he established a large intensive care unit (ICU) and became the chief of this unit. Numerous under Graduate & post Graduate students in the field of cardiovascular medicine were trained during this long period in King George’s Medical Colleges Luck now. He published numerous articles in both National and international journals of repute. Author services were recognized by the Medical council of India and were Awarded Prestigious Dr. B.C Roy National Award by the President of India in 1996. Many students trained by the authors are now occupying key positions in various teaching institutions as well leading Corporate Hospitals of the country and abroad particularly delaying with critical and coronary care.
